By accessing or using Sitee ("the Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
By creating an account, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Users under the age of 18 may use Sitee only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Paid subscriptions and purchases must be made by individuals who are legally permitted to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep it updated.
4. AI Generated Content
Sitee uses artificial intelligence to generate websites, layouts, code, images, and content. AI-generated output may contain inaccuracies, bugs, or incomplete implementations. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and verifying all generated content before publishing or deploying your website.
5. Ownership of Content
You retain ownership of the text, images, logos, branding, and other content you upload to Sitee. By uploading content, you grant Sitee a limited license to process, store, optimize, and display that content solely for providing the Services.
6. Public Website Content
Websites created and published through Sitee are intended to be publicly accessible on the internet. Any images, text, files, videos, logos, or other content that you publish on your website may be visible to anyone visiting your website. Do not upload confidential, private, or sensitive information that you do not wish to make publicly available.
7. Image Storage
To efficiently host your website, image files uploaded to your projects may be stored in a GitHub repository or GitHub-based storage infrastructure managed by Sitee. These images are used only for serving your website assets and may be publicly accessible through their direct URLs as required for website delivery. Only uploaded image assets are stored in this manner. Your AI prompts, source code, unpublished projects, account information, payment information, personal details, and other user data are never publicly stored on GitHub and remain private.
8. Privacy of Your Account
Your personal account information, authentication details, billing information, payment records, AI prompts, unpublished projects, generated source code, and private project data remain confidential. Sitee does not intentionally make this information publicly available and does not sell your personal information to third parties.
9. Pricing
Sitee is committed to providing affordable subscription plans while continuously improving the platform. Prices, subscription features, and AI credit allocations may change over time. Any future pricing changes will apply only to future billing periods and will be communicated in advance where required.
10. Payments & Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Except where required by applicable law, subscription payments are non-refundable after successful processing.
11. AI Credits
Certain subscription plans include AI credits that are consumed when using AI-powered features. Credits have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred between users, or refunded. Unused credits may expire or reset according to your subscription plan.
12. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Sitee to create or distribute malware, phishing websites, spam, illegal content, copyrighted material without authorization, hate speech, fraudulent websites, deceptive content, or anything that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.
13. Hosting & Availability
While Sitee aims to provide reliable hosting and website availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, infrastructure upgrades, technical failures, or third-party outages may temporarily affect the availability of the Services.
14. Intellectual Property
Sitee, its software, AI systems, branding, interface, platform technology, trademarks, and logos remain the exclusive property of Sitee. These Terms do not grant you ownership of any Sitee intellectual property.
15. Third-Party Services
Sitee integrates with third-party providers for services including authentication, payment processing, hosting, analytics, AI models, storage, and domain management. Your use of those services may also be governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
16. Disclaimer
The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. Sitee does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, complete security, or that AI-generated content will always meet your expectations or requirements.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sitee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, data loss, or damages resulting from your use of the Services or AI-generated content.
18. Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse platform resources, engage in fraudulent or illegal activities, compromise platform security, or otherwise interfere with the operation of the Services.
19. Service Changes
Sitee may update, improve, remove, or modify platform features, subscription plans, AI models, pricing, storage methods, hosting infrastructure, or technical limitations at any time in order to improve the Service.
20. Changes to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of Sitee after revised Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
21. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Punjab, India.
